But if what you wrote is true, Algeria is limited to the south by the Touareg state and to the North West by the state of the Amazigh people. You want to dwarf states. We are ready for the good if this is what you want as well. But if you are looking for evil, then the region will be balkanised and this is what the West wants. Oh Lord be witness that I have transmitted the message. My dream was to see one state limited to the north by the Mediterranean Sea, to the West by the Atlantic Ocean, to the East by Libya and to the South Mauritania and Mali = Morocco+ Algeria one strong state with a new capital. After we achieve strength and union, other Maghreb states will join us through fair elections. But they do not deserve this pride and strength. They want humiliation and disgrace. This comes from small agent states which have no strength except tumults. I disown these tumults.
