Senegalese minister to monitor Mauritania accord progress

Senegalese Foreign Minister Cheikh Tidiane Gadio arrived Friday (June 12th) in Mauritania to monitor implementation of the agreement signed on June 2nd by the country's political rivals, local press reported. Senegalese President Abdoulaye Wade led the mediation plan aimed at restoring constitutional order to Mauritania.
