Mauritanian religious leaders call for dialogue, national reconciliation

Mauritanian imams on Monday (December 8th) called in their Eid sermons for national reconciliation, ANI reported. They appealed to the country's leaders to show wisdom and to lead the country out of the current crisis, which harms the national unity. The agency quoted influential Mauritanian Islamist Mohamed Elhacen Ould Dedew as urging all political forces in the country to promote dialogue and find a solution.
