FAF targets Algerian clubs' debt crisis08/11/2009 Any Algerian football clubs that failed to properly pay player salaries or bonuses will be barred from recruiting talent during the winter mercato, Tout sur l'Algerie reported on Friday (November 6th). The Algerian Football Federation (FAF) on Thursday also agreed to create a monitoring agency to oversee club finances.
