Algeria to prep for Senegal showdown with UAE friendly

Algeria will play a friendly with UAE on August 20th in Calais, France, local press reported on Thursday (July 3rd). The game will be part of the team's preparation for the crucial 2010 African/World Cup qualifier against Senegal on September 5th in Blida. The home match is a must-win for Algeria, currently second in Group 6 behind Senegal. Rabah Saadane's squad will reportedly include Brahim Hemdani, injured during the first clash with Senegal, as well as Kamel Ghilas and Karim Matmour, who didn't participate in the previous four matches.
