Tunisia, Morocco retain FIFA rankings positions19/12/2006
Tunisia retained its 32nd position with 790 points in the FIFA final rankings for the year, which were published Monday (December 18th). The team is ranked 7th in Africa, after Nigeria (9th), Cameroon (11th) and Côte d’Ivoire (18th), Guinea (23rd) Egypt (27th), and Ghana (28th). With 703 points, Morocco shares the 39th spot with Australia, and is 9th in Africa. Algeria ranked 80th with a total of 412 points, dropping a position from November's rankings. (FIFA, APS, MAP) |
