The Arab Maghreb states especially (Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia) have more or less the same programmes in secondary education. Therefore, why don't they make common baccalaureate exams? Thank you from Algeria.

aziz Posted 2008-06-21

Ready made.

abderrahman Posted 2008-06-22

The weak passing rate among the candidate students to take the baccalaureate exams confirms the weakness of education in general in the kingdom of Morocco.

nadia Posted 2008-06-23

Peace and mercy of God be upon you. By God, I thank you from all my heart for this great site. May God reward you with good. May God grant you success. This is your sister in God Nadia from Morocco.

abdellah Posted 2008-06-24

Personally, I am a candidate for the 2008 baccalaureate, but I am from the old programme. This was very difficult in comparison to the baccalaureate exams since 1962. But, the minister did this to make us move along. Thank you for the new programme.

louizi Posted 2008-06-24

Good that is all.

عبد الرحيم اخرواش Posted 2008-06-27

Why has the rate of students passing the bac dropped in Morocco this year? Thank you.

جزائري وافتخر Posted 2008-06-28

We notice that the site doesn't accord a big importance to Algeria and its news in comparison with the news of Tunisia and Morocco. For example, where are the news of the international festival of the Arab Film in Algeria? You have announced all the festivals organized in Morocco and Tunisia but there are no news about Algeria. Thank you very much.

RAJAOUI Posted 2008-07-01

Given the amount of time it takes to take the exam and to wait for the results, I think that Morocco’s plan is the most careful and convenient one.

BOUGHDIRI Posted 2008-07-07

Benbouzid, the great minister of education, foresees the unforeseeable: while the 2008 baccalaureate exams were underway, he announced with the roll of a drum that the anticipated pass rate for this exam was 70%. Mastering his field with gusto, according to his statements before his underling education directors, he made that prediction. Perhaps he will succeed without any reforms, against those who continue to operate in the education system and are responsible for its anarchic management. It has been this way for more than a decade. He may continue on without any remorse, as his children are schooled elsewhere.

aicha Posted 2008-07-07

May we have the scores for the baccalaureate exam, please?

mekmohammed Posted 2008-07-07

Why are the scores for the 1008 baccalaureate exams late? Our neighbours have had them for ages. Is it a lack of organisation and/or resources or is it simply a lack of respect and consideration for the young people? Do your jobs, sirs: time is passing by and things are heating up. All the same, thank you.

Abdelmajid Skikdi Posted 2008-07-09

What has been bothering me for a very long time, in fact since I passed my own baccalaureate in the late seventies, is that the thinking of the education authorities in the North African countries and to some extent the parents hasn’t really changed much! All they want is for the students to pass the baccalaureate! They even measure the success of the whole education system by the pass rate in these exams? Does this qualification really reflect what a student has achieved in their 3 or 4 years of studies? Why on earth the authorities don’t provide alternative assessment pathways? Even better, why not substitute this out of date qualification? Our students deserve better especially as it is not fair on them to be put through this "unbearable" stress every year. A successful education system, surely, is the one which celebrates what has been achieved by each student. Certainly this achievement is not just a baccalaureate! But then what do these student achieve by passing their baccalaureate anyway? Go to the university then what? Leave the university to an even uncertain future?

khaoula Posted 2008-07-09

is it possible to find out the results for the BAC for alg yet plz reply?

samira Posted 2008-07-10

I want the results of the secondary education diploma, the bac.

BOUGHDIRI Posted 2008-07-10

While the candidates’ parents and their little baby angels belly aching out of envy for their neighbours who already found the results of the baccalaureate exams out even though they took the tests after the Algerians, our strange heads of state can find nothing better to do than to push the knife further into the wound by promoting Mobilis, a public telephone company. They are exclusively giving it the results for one whole day so that it can stuff its pockets to the cost of the candidates and their parents, who will not be liberal with what is needed to inquire about their situation. This is not happening to the Algerians!

eddine Posted 2008-07-10

baqar Posted 2008-07-11

This website is very beneficial to everybody. Let us therefore make the best use of it that we can. Bravo to the team for the unequalled services they have provided. Thank you infinitely!

انا احب الحق Posted 2008-07-11

I say honestly, and by God this is my personal opinion, that the minister, by God, doesn’t deserve to lift this flag of education. He is more concerned about keeping his office rather than his daughters and sons the students. He has instituted a new law and wants to make it succeed at any price. He forgets that we are laboratory mice. He makes a new programme which he makes succeed notwithstanding the level. He is hindering an old programme which we have been studying for a long time. In the end, the contradiction comes up. The passing rate for the new programme is over fifty percent and the passing rate for the old programme is almost nil…By God our minister, you are not worth to be an ambassador of education. You have killed in us the best thing with which we fight ignorance. Thanks from the bottom of my heart to everyone who understands.

ميسم Posted 2008-07-14

The exam method in the Arab world for the secondary certificate isn’t correct because it is lacking scientific practice and is based only on the theoretical. The student forgets everything he has studied one week after the exams.

كوكي Posted 2008-07-15

Have you passed the baccalaureate?

ali Posted 2008-07-15

Hi Everybody, I would like to tell you that getting the Moroccan Bac is hell for literature students. We never studied a text by the name of “Nadari” during the baccalaureate programme in Morocco. I wonder how they could offer us such a worthless programme! Even the professors—and it doesn’t matter what subject they teach—are saying the same thing: “It is worthless!” For my part, I would say that it is worthless as well. And, I blame anybody who worked to administer the baccalaureate exam and those who accept this. It is truly dishonest to fail an entire generation, not to mention the grading. Suffice it to say that this is worthless. It is worthless to study a worthless programme.

Hicham Posted 2008-07-20

The states of the Arab Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia) have the same dialect, the same location, speak the same second language (French) and almost the same value of the currency. So, why don’t the rulers of these countries think of making a union economically, militarily and in all the sectors ? They should even standardize administrative papers such as the passport, identity card and other papers. They should eradicate borders between them. Aren’t we brothers ??!! Why have western countries reached union between themselves even though they have no common religion, language or even the same level of wealth and technology? Tour brother Hicham from the city of Salé, Morocco.

Hicham Posted 2008-07-20

Peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you. I am a student in the specialized institute of technology. I study accounting. I would like to get acquainted with students from Algeria and Tunisia who study the same field to exchange courses and knowledge. Hicham from the city of Salé, Morocco.

el biache mohamed Posted 2008-07-21

The 2008 exam was very easy.

HALIMI Posted 2008-07-22

In reply to the question of Doulyazane. Since you live in one of the countries of North Africa, your future if you complete your studies and after graduation is the stick of the police which is impatiently waiting for you so that it will teach you what your teachers were unable to do when you were studying. My advice to you is to avoid their blows. They are really hard, especially from the hand of its holder who is trained to beat just once. Hicham from the city of Salé, Morocco.

HALIMI Posted 2008-07-22

In reply to the question of Islam Dib. Do you want them to prepare again the exam of the English language ? Hahaha. Eh my friend it is too late. They will do it again next year. Do you think that you are in Europe ???

HALIMI Posted 2008-07-22

I have a suggestion and I hope that it will be taken into consideration. The reason for the weakness of education in the kingdom is the language programme. How can it be imagined that the student only studies in Arabic at all the levels of his education until he reaches the baccalaureate. Then after two months of the summer holiday, he joins university or specialized institutes and he finds himself as though he is studying in France!! How do you think that he will study in a language he doesn’t understand? I hope that education officials will seriously consider this issue and go back to the old education method with the modernization of important things only not just the shapes and colours of the books, offer courses only in the French and English languages in all subjects and of course Arabic only in its courses. Hicham from Salé.

abdellah Posted 2008-07-22

nabi kamili Posted 2008-07-26

I want my results for the Bac examinations.

mohamed Posted 2008-07-26

This time, they intentionally raised the pass rate for the new programme. In the end, this policy is just to compete with the old system.

OMAR Posted 2008-07-28

The new programme is posing a big problem for those of us who went through the old programme: our Bac was not as good because they gave us all the exam but they only gave 35% of the people from the new programme the exam. This gave them an elevated pass rate. They need to take us into consideration with regards to the final admission rates. Thank you. Have a good day

diagana cheikh hamallah Posted 2008-07-28

haded Posted 2008-07-30

It is really unfair to have all the students of the new system and to crush the ones from the old one. I do not think that throughout this whole year the students even understood the new programme! I think it is bizarre that such a number of candidates got the Bac. Thank you

حمزة لزهر Posted 2008-07-30

Peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you. Firstly, congratulations to the students who passed in the high degree. I wish them success in their professional life. I have an observation addressed to the ministry of higher education and scientific research to upgrade higher education in Algeria and take more care of it. This should be in particular at graduation by helping university graduates to get jobs. Greetings.

Congratulations for everyone for the results they achieved this year 2008. I wish them more success.

محمد الفتح ولد عبد المطلب Posted 2008-08-25

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the baccalaureate in Mauritania is just a farce. The student is lost. He spends his life in getting this certificate but he doesn’t find it. My friend spent 20 years without getting it despite his knowledge with the testimony of everyone. However, correctors are teachers who have neglected their profession and have become cajolers. I have evidence to this. If Magharebia can get in touch with me so that I show them the truth not lies. We want Magharebia to remain impartial, to take the correct news. Thank you. Mohamed El Fath Ould Abdelmotalib.

Honestly, although they have changed the educational system and pretend good quality, which good quality? The classrooms are overcrowded, 40 to 45 pupils in a class. What kind of quality is this? Moreover, this educational system we have in Morocco doesn’t build the personality of the pupils. They prepare us all to be employees not to be innovators or creators. Thank you.

6 November institute in Had Ouled Frej, province of El Jadida. Most sons of teachers and administrative staff who work there were granted grades without the knowledge of teachers. Their grades vary between 16 and 19. However, grades of sons of the public varied between 12 and 14. Isn’t this an injustice against sons of the people? The difference will be clear in the national exam which is a filter for all inflated grades.

دكالي من اولاد فرج بنو هلال بنو عامر Posted 2009-02-10

To Tarik. I had studied in the high school 6 November in Ouled Freij, Beni Hilal, Benou Amer to 2000. I work as a teacher and I have never heard what you are talking about. But this is a serious accusation, you must provide evidence. As it is said the accuser must provide evidence. Salam. Doukali from Ouled Freij, Beni Hilal, Beni Amer.

dija18 Posted 2009-05-30

I just want to know why those who correct are papers are sometimes right and sometimes not? I was personally shocked in the English exam. This is too much. Man, education of Morocco may not help us if we don't master it, really.

امينة Posted 2009-06-02

a.aziz Posted 2009-06-03

If only the script “Bac result”, “results” is used on this site to enable visitors (especially students) to know results of the baccalaureate. This will increase the benefit of the site as well as the number of visitors. This is just an opinion. Peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you.

محمد Posted 2009-06-06

ايوب Posted 2009-06-15

This site is very great. Can I know results of the baccalaureate for the year 2009 in Morocco now?

naw Posted 2009-06-19

Salam. I just want to understand this baccalaureate 2008. How we studied in the old system but when we reach the baccalaureate they changed everything and they want us to pass. They have changed this so that everyone fails. For me, that year was mixed up. We studied two years in high school in the old regime. The bac changed. Moreover, they even changed us the branch. We have been studying science for two years, but in the baccalaureate they made us choose between physics and earth and life sciences. This is unacceptable.

loubna taki Posted 2009-06-21

I want to say this site is not trustworthy, it is an idle site which is not interesting for any person of any kind. This is my opinion.

أمينة Posted 2009-07-14

Hi. I am Amina from Algeria. Next year I will sit for the baccalaureate. I hope to get the diploma with merit. Please pray for me.

100000000000000 congratulations to the successful wishing the same for us in the baccalaureate 2010, say amen!
