Marrakesh to host international marathon

Some 6,000 runners from all over the world are expected to converge in Morocco on January 25th for the International Marathon of Marrakech, MAP reported on Monday (January 12th). Organisers say the city offers an "a very mild climate in January and a beautiful circuit considered one of the fastest in the world".
