Western Sahara talks slated for mid-March

The ninth round of unofficial, UN-brokered Western Sahara negotiations between Morocco and the Polisario Front will be held March 11th-13th in Manhasset, New York, AFP quoted Moroccan Foreign Minister Saadeddine El Othmani as saying on Saturday (February 18th). The 8th round, held last July, wrapped up without major breakthroughs.
