Maghreb ministers attend China-Africa co-operation forum in Egypt

More than 40 African heads of state and governments are participating in the 4th Forum on China-Africa Co-operation, which got under way on Sunday (November 8th) in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh. Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika will be represented at the forum by State Minister Abdelaziz Belkhadem, El Watan reported.
