16/05/2008
The Appeals Court in Salé announced on Thursday (May 15th) that it would investigate terror suspects' family members, AP reported. The court said it plans to widen its investigation of 27 suspected recruiters of insurgents to fight in Iraq, known collectively as the "Tetouan cell", by looking into the backgrounds of some of the defendants' relatives. The court also said it would investigate the relatives of 52 defendants held on suspicion of involvement in suicide attacks in Casablanca in March and April 2007.
