Morocco, Spain sign co-operation agreements on railway infrastructure, ICT

The Moroccan National Railways and the Spanish Railway Infrastructure Administrator signed a co-operation agreement Monday (February 5th) in Rabat. The agreement envisages construction and maintenance of railway infrastructure, exchange of technology, experience and management projects.

On Tuesday in Rabat, Moroccan Minister of Industry, Commerce and Telecommunications Rachid Talbi Alami and Spanish Secretary of State for Telecommunications and the Information Society, Francisco Ros Peran signed a convention of co-operation in the field of information technologies and communication. The document stipulates for the transfer of Spanish know-how and experience in ICT services and e-government to Morocco. (Le Matin, MAP)
