Maghreb athletes to compete in African Canoeing Championship

Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Libya are among 15 countries set to compete in the 7th African Canoeing Championship in Cote d'Ivoire, TAP reported on Thursday (October 15th). Some 300 African athletes and officials are expected to attend the event from October 18th-26th, held as part of African national teams' preparations for 2011 All-Africa Games and the 2012 London Olympic Games, Kenya's Daily Nation reported.
