Algeria, Tunisia break into FIFA top 50

Algeria made their biggest-ever progress in the FIFA world rankings, climbing 19 spots to break into the top 50 at number 47, according to the latest report released on Wednesday (July 1st). Algeria are now 7th in Africa. Tunisia also climbed two positions to hit the top 50 at number 49. Morocco fell to the 55th position due to their poor performance in the World Cup/African Cup of Nations qualifying campaign.
