2009-06-12
The latest Algerian international to celebrate the Greens' historic win with a visit to his small-town roots is Rangers defender Madjid Bougherra. He went to see his grandfather in Hadjout, where the mayor offered him the key to the city, Goal.com reported on Thursday (June 11th). Earlier this week, Algerian international and Sienna striker Abdelkader Ghezal visited his home town in Tlemcen province to give his team shirt to family members.
