Fakhir signs coaching deal with FAR Rabat

Former Moroccan national coach Mhamed Fakhir signed a one-year contract with Moroccan national champion squad FAR Rabat. He replaces Mustapha Madih, who left to coach Qatari Al Wakrah. Fakhir, whose 6-month contract with Moghreb Tetouan expired at the end of the June, said at a press conference on Monday (June 30th) that his first task is to get the team ready for the Throne Cup final on July 24th, where FAR will meet Moghreb Fes. Beginning July 16th, FAR will compete in an international tournament in Rabat and Al-Jadida against Etoile du Sahel, Moghreb Fes, Paços de Ferreira, FC Nantes, Atlético Bilbao, Udinese, and Charleroi.
