Tunisia wins, Algeria ties in friendly warm-ups

Tunisia's Olympic football team defeated the Netherlands 3-1 in a friendly match played on Wednesday (March 26th) at El Menzeh stadium in Tunis. Chedly Hammami scored two of the goals in the 3rd and 19th minutes, while Saber Khelifa further tipped the scales in Tunisia's favour. Vander Hayden scored the Netherlands' single goal. The match was a warm-up for Tunisia's first African Cup of Nations qualification clash against Libya on Sunday.
In another friendly played Wednesday in Paris, Algeria tied the Congo 1-1. The Congo opened scoring with a goal by Dieumerci Mbokani in the 35th minute. The Algerians equalised at the very end of the match thanks to a penalty by Kamel Ghiles.
