In a bid to increase the motivation of its players, the Algerian football federation (FAF) has promised each of them a 100,000-euro bonus if the team qualifies for the 2010 World Cup, Echourouk quoted coach Rabah Saâdane as saying from Paris, where the team is training. Saâdane said that the federation has also promised 20,000 euros to each footballer if they secure a berth in the next Africa Cup of Nations final tournament, to be hosted by Angola.

This idea of encouraging players is so nice. We hope for Algerian athletes in all fields to perform well, inchallah.
