Algeria wins under-23 Maghreb football tournament

Algeria's national under-23 team defeated Tunisia on Tuesday (November 6th) in the final of the November 7 football tournament in Tunis. The regulation time ended in a 0-0 draw, but Algeria won the match 4-2 on penalties.
