Mouloudia Algiers handball team participates in 2007 Super Globe championship

Mouloudia Algiers' handball club is taking part in the 2007 Super Globe championship underway in Cairo. The Algerian team entered the competition on its second day on Wednesday (June 7th), but lost its first match 26-29 against Europe’s representative Ciudad Real. The four continental champions, Algerian Mouloudia Algiers (Africa), Kuwaiti Qadesia (Asia), Spanish Ciudad Real (Europe), Brazilian Club Metodista Sao Bernardo (Pan-America) -- in addition to the host club Al Ahly of Egypt -- compete for the Super Globe.
