Moroccan Talal Ouahabi became the International Tennis Federation's Mombasa leg circuit champion after defeating Cheong-Eui Kim of South Korea in straight sets in the final on Saturday (October 7th). The Kenya F1 Futures tournament took place from October 2nd to 7th.
Ouahabi was responsible for the biggest surprise of the tournament when he eliminated top seed Victor Bruthans from Slovakia in the semi-finals. Tunisia's Oualid Jallali was ousted by Kim in the quarter-finals. (Nationmedia.com)
