Egypt's Al Ahly to face JS Kabylie in ACL with two players suspended
2006-07-20
Egypt's Al Ahly will meet JS Kabylie of Algeria on 29 July in its next African Champions League (ACL) match without Emad Moteab and Shady Mohamed. The two players were suspended by the Confederation of African Football after attacking the referee last Saturday in the opening match against Tunisia's CS Sfaxien. The match put an end to Al Ahly's winning streak of 78 matches in domestic and continental tournaments. (Reuters, BBC, Xinhua)
