Morrocan Fadil finishes second in Crazy 8s run

Morroco's Mohamed Fadil finished one second behind Kenya's Julius Kiptoo in 23:01 to take second place at the Indian Path Medical Centre & Sun Trust Bank Crazy 8s 8K run on Saturday (15 July) in Kingsport, Tennessee in the United States. Karim Elmabchour of Morocco was third. The women's race was won by Romania's Luminita Talpos at 26:57, with Morocco's Malika Mejdoub placed fifth at 28:18. (Crazy8's.org)
