Zidane to donate endorsement income to Algerian charities

Zinedine Zidane, who recently taped an advertising spot for Algerian Global System for Communications network Nedjma, owned by Wataniya Telecom Algerie, has decided to donate his compensation to Algerian charities, Nedjma CEO Andre Halley said during a screening of the spot to the Algerian press. It was filmed in Madrid and shows Zidane playing on the street with several children. The football is made of pieces of nylon. (El Moudjahid, El Watan)
