Raja and Wydad lose close games in ACL first leg

Raja and Wydad Casablanca lost in the first leg of the quarterfinals of the Arab Champions League, 1-0. Raja lost to Kuwaiti Al-Qadisiya when Nabil Masloub scored on his own net in the 6th minute of the game, while Wydad was downed by Al-Hillal of Sudan. Raja will play its second leg match on 4 January 2006, while Wydad will play 22 February. (TheAtlasLions.com)
