ORPI Morocco Rally Begins

The third round of the 2005 International Automobile Federation Cross Country Rally World Cup, the ORPI Morocco Rally, began Wednesday (25 May) with five legs heading south and 1425km of timed stages from Agadir.
The five-day race will gather more than 1,000 competitors from famous manufacturers like Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi Pajero, Nissan, Mercedes, Chevrolet, Isuzu, Range Rover, and Renault. The Moroccan crew, which will drive a Nissan Patrol, is headed by Khalid Kabbage with Guy Ducrot as co-pilot. (Rally-Live, Le Matin, L'Economiste)
