Hassan Kachloul Joins Livingston, Abderrahman Kabous Moves to Sweden

Moroccan football player Hassan Kachloul has joined relegation-threatened Livingston on an amateur basis until the end of season. The team is second-to-last in the Scottish Premier League, one point ahead of Dundee United. Kachloul, who impressed in tryouts, sees a chance to return to high-level football.

The 32-year-old striker has played for both Southampton and Aston Villa and was on loan to the Wolverhampton Wanderers last season. He has also had tried out for the Bolton Wanderers, Crystal Palace and Reading.

In other Moroccan player news, former youth team member Abderrahman Kabous signed a deal with second-division IFK Norrkoping of Sweden on Thursday (31 March). The 22-year-old last played for FC Sochaux Montbeliard. He has also played for Villenoy AC, CS Meaux, RC de Lens, and IZ Khmisset. (TheAtlaslions.com)
