Mohammed VI Boxing Tournament to Open in Rabat

Over 80 boxers from 11 countries are expected to participate in the first edition of the Mohammed VI Boxing Tournament, due to be held from 14-19 December at the Ibn Yassine Sports Hall in the Agdal district of Rabat.
According to local press reports, the purpose of the tournament is to give Moroccan champions a broader acquaintance with the latest boxing tactics. It also seeks to bolster the friendly ties between the Moroccan Royal Boxing Association and its Arab, African and European counterparts. (albawaba.com)
