2004-12-06
Ghana's national U-17 soccer team, the Black Starlets, beat the Tunisian national team 2-1 in an African U-17 Championship qualifier. The Tunisians lost the first leg in Kumasi two weeks ago. With this win, the Black Starlets leapt over the North African hurdle on a 5-1 aggregate to keep their dream of participating in next year's championship on track. (www.ghanaweb.com)
