Rabat's Royal Armed Forces (FAR) club defeated Wydad Casablanca earlier this week to win their second consecutive Throne Cup title. It was the eighth Throne Cup in FAR's history. After 120-minutes of a 0-0 deadlock, FAR won the title following a 3-2 dramatic series of penalty shootouts. Wydad missed three penalties while FAR only missed two.
