An international seminar on Mediterranean olive quality and biotechnology, called OliveBio TeQ-2004, opened in Errachidia this week. The event is drawing 150 experts and researchers from around the Mediterranean. Organised by the Moroccan Ministry of Agriculture and the Agronomy Institute of King Hassan II, the seminar aims to exchange information to boost the olive growing sector through both biotechnology and export strategies.
