Tunisian President Calls for far-Reaching International Reforms

On Thursday (13 January), Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali told a group of foreign ambassadors accredited in his country that "The current events occurring in the world confirm the urgent need to introduce far-reaching reform into the system of international relations."
Ben Ali also expressed hope "that the necessary financial resources will be provided for the World Solidarity Fund, so that it can launch its activities as soon as possible and assume its noble missions." (Tunisia Online)
