Colloquium in Morocco on how to Integrate Handicapped Into Society
2004-12-12
Le Matin reported that a colloquium on the subject of the handicapped was held in the Moroccan capital of Rabat with the assistance of non-governmental organizations and Moroccan, Canadian and European researchers specializing in the field.
The main organizers were the Hassan II foundation and the Association for the Integration and Development of the Handicapped Woman. The colloquium also included scientific experts who discussed neurological problems and issues and the use of biomedicine and other technologies.
The objective is to develop a greater sense of citizenship among people with special needs and to help boost facilities that will make their greatest possible participation in everyday life a reality. (albawaba.com)

Greetings. I want to know what accommodations are offered for the participation of handicapped people on the internet. The cost of internet connections at communication operators doesn’t take into consideration the condition of the handicapped person or is the problem not a question of discussion now? There is no doubt that many handicapped people want to take advantage of the internet. Please reply.
