To improve the ability of press professionals, the Algerian daily El Khabar and the US-based Internews conducted a workshop for Algerian journalists from 20 November - 22 November. Focusing on media ethics and press writing techniques, the training took place at El Khabar's new offices in Hydra. Attendees agreed the workshop was a success and that more Algerian journalists need similar training sessions in the future. (El Khabar)
