Social Centres for Girls Open in Morocco
2004-10-31
Morocco's King Mohammed VI dedicated two social centres on Saturday (October 30) to help integrate women and girls into the country's economy. Located in Oujda, eastern Morocco, the first centre includes training areas and workshops for knitting, design, decoration and a nursery. The second centre offers training sessions to hundreds of girls in accounting, decorating and traditional sewing. (albawaba.com)
