Algerian Minister of Education and Scientific Research Rachid Harraoubia is in the process of expanding the education infrastructure, having won a major budgetary increase this week from the finance commission of the National Popular Assembly for 2005.
Universities in particular will benefit from better facilities, including widespread Internet connections
