Mauritanian president to visit France

Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz will make his first state visit to France next week, ANI reported on Tuesday (October 20th). The trip marks the strengthening of bi-lateral relations between the two countries, particularly in security and defence, the Nouakchott newspaper noted. On Tuesday, Interior Minister Mohamed Ould Boilil, met in Nouakchott with French ambassador Michel Vandepoorter to discuss Franco-Mauritanian co-operation.
