Dozens of Algerian terrorists set to surrender

Algerian authorities are in negotiations with dozens of terrorists willing to surrender and benefit from National Reconciliation, Algiers attorney Merouane Azzi said on Tuesday (September 29th) at a conference organised by El Moudjahid. Azzi, who chairs the government court committee tasked with implementing the Charter, noted that 22 terrorists have surrendered in the last six months, including 10 within the last fortnight.
