Sahrawi refugees granted $12m from UNHCR
2009-09-11
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) granted $12m to Sahrawi refugees on Thursday (September 10th) , said UNHCR chief Antonio Guterres, who visited refugee camps in Tindouf and met Polisario leaders prior to the decision, El Watan reported. "This amount is very insufficient for the enormous needs of the Sahrawi refugees," Guterres said.

A refugee is a person who leaves his region or his country to avoid a danger there, but there is no danger in Morocco for the Moroccan Sahrawi's found in Tindouf. On the contrary, they suffer from malnutrition and poor treatment on the part of a few Polisario members in Tindouf. Instead of staying in the hands of those vultures, their return would be a sign of love.

If this amount is not enough, why doesn't he make it higher?

We would like to know how much each refugee will get. We know well and good that this enormous sum will be scattered into the pockets of the leaders.
