Turkcell to bid for Libya telecom licences

Turkey's largest mobile telecommunications company, Turkcell Iletisim Hizmetleri AS (TKC) plans to bid for Libyan fixed-line and mobile telecom licenses, Reuters reported on Monday (July 13th). According to the company's statement, Libya has strong growth potential. The Libyan General Telecommunication Institution will hold the tender.
