Moroccan H1N1 victim's widow may sue Spanish authorities

The husband of a Moroccan woman who died from H1N1 influenza at a Madrid hospital, is threatening to sue Spanish health authorities for negligence, MAP reported on Wednesday (July 1st). Mohamed El Ouriach alleges that doctors delayed his wife's admission to an intensive care unit despite her serious condition. Dalila Mimouni, 20, died after giving birth earlier this week.
