Libya conference targets African food security

Representatives of African NGOs gathered in Tripoli on Monday (June 22nd) to launch a 2-day forum on investment in agriculture and food security in the continent, Emirati news agency WAM reported. The conclusions of the meeting, hosted by the AU Commission, the Libyan National Youth Organization and Libyan organisation Waatassimo, will be presented next month at the 13th AU summit in Syrte, central Libya.
