Education and instruction must be top priorities in future years in order to bring the countries of the Maghreb to their proper standing: education so as to change individual behaviour, which is overly uncivil and egoistic and instruction in order to permit access to all knowledge so as to learn. The development of the countries of the Maghreb is comparable to that of Spain between 1200 and 2000. Why are we so behind!? This is an unanswered question.
