Belgian doctor's widow seeks millions in Belliraj civil case

The widow of a prominent Jewish leader in Belgium filed a civil lawsuit against alleged terror cell ringleader and admitted al-Qaeda associate Abdelkader Belliraj and two other defendants, Moroccan press reported on Tuesday (May 26th). Emmy Wybran and her co-plaintiff claim 230 million dirhams in damages from Belliraj, his brother Salah and Abdellatif Bakhti for the 1989 assassination of Dr, Joseph Wybran, 48, MAP reported. The 35 defendants in the separate Belliraj criminal case are accused of plotting to kill senior government officials and attack Jewish targets in Belgium and Morocco.
