Mauritanian court to hold Air Mauritanie hearing
2009-05-18
Mauritania's High Court on Monday (May 18th) will hold bond hearings for the Air Mauritanie liquidation case defendants, including ousted Prime Minister Yahya Ould Ahmed El Waghef. The bail was set last December at 100m ouguiyas (nearly 300,000 euros). The collective defence has described the measure as abusive and unjustified.
