Moroccan documentary wins Pan-African Film Festival

"Les Damnés de la Mer" by Moroccan director Jawad Rhalib won the best documentary award at the Pan African International film Festival in Cannes, France, MAP reported on Saturday (April 11th). The festival featured more than 40 films.
