Pan-African Festival events planned across Algeria

At least 8,000 artists, intellectuals, journalists and official guests are expected to attend the second Pan-African Festival between July 5th and July 20th, Algerian Culture Minister Khalida Toumi said at a press conference Sunday (March 1st). Forty-four African Union member states have already confirmed their participation in the event, to be held under the theme "African Renaissance" in Algiers, Boumerdes, Blida, Tipaza and other locations.
