Bouteflika visits flood repair projects in Ghardaia

Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika kicked off a working visit to Ghardaia on Sunday (December 28th) to evaluate assistance programs and reconstruction efforts two months after deadly floods struck the region. Bouteflika visited new chalets built for residents of Oued Nechou, where some 1500 homes for flood victims are planned, and inaugurated several social and economic development projects.
