France approves loan for Moroccan TGV

France approved on Friday (November 14th) a loan of 625m euros to Morocco to finance the project of the high-speed train (TGV) link between Tangiers and Casablanca, Reuters reported. The project's construction, operation and maintenance would be entrusted to French Alstom and rail operator SNCF.
