Marrakech International Film Festival opens Friday

The 8th Marrakech International Film Festival (FIFM) begins on Friday (November 14th), MAP reported. Fifteen films will compete for the top Etoile d'Or prize. The event will pay a special tribute to Egyptian and Moroccan cinemas, while actresses Sigourney Weaver and Michelle Yeoh will be guests of honour. Eight films have been adapted to allow blind or visually-impaired people to follow the festival events, AFP reported.
